Seen Count
The total number of recorded appearances for a combo in one specific game and draw session, such as Florida Pick 4 EVE.

Seen count draws the clean line between never-seen combos and those eligible for drought tracking.
Why It Matters
Seen count is the clean line between absent combos and debuted combos. It tells you whether drought logic is even allowed to start.
How Stepzero Uses It
Stepzero uses seen_count to distinguish first appearances from repeat hits and to gate whether a combo belongs in drought tables.
Example
If 2713 has appeared four times in Florida Pick 4 EVE, its seen count for that game/session is 4.
