Drought Timeline
The drought timeline is the horizontal bar on each combo card in the Drought report. It shows the combo's current absence depth as a proportion of the longest drought in the current list, with markers showing the combo's own average gap, overdue threshold, and previous personal record.
Why It Matters
A raw number of draws can be hard to interpret on its own. The timeline bar translates that number into a visual story: how far is this combo from its average pace, from the overdue line, and from its own historic ceiling — all at a glance.
How Stepzero Uses It
Three markers appear on the bar where applicable: AVG (the combo's average gap), 1.5× (the overdue threshold), and PREV (the previous personal record). Each combo's bar is scaled relative to the longest drought in the current view, so the rightmost combo always fills the bar.
Example
If combo 257 has an average gap of 800 draws and is currently at 1,400 draws since its last appearance, its bar extends past both the AVG and 1.5× markers. If it also clears the PREV marker, the combo is in personal record territory.

FAQ
What does the AVG marker on the bar represent?
It marks where this combo's personal average gap falls. When the bar extends past this point, the combo is running longer than usual relative to its own history — not to the game's average.
Why do some bars not show a PREV marker?
The PREV marker only appears when there is a prior personal record to show. Combos with only one previous appearance, or never-drawn combos, do not have a previous record to mark.
