Custom Weighted Analysis lets you assign percentage weights to different signals — drought, frequency, sum, and consistency — to produce a ranked combination list that reflects your own analytical priorities.
Why It Matters
No single signal tells the whole story. Custom Weighted gives you a composite score built from the signals you choose to emphasize, weighted the way you want to weight them. The result is a ranked list that reflects your personal analytical framework.
How Stepzero Uses It
You adjust weight sliders for each available signal. The weights must total exactly 100%. Stepzero then calculates a composite score for every combination in the game, ranks them from highest to lowest, and displays the results with individual signal badges.
Example
If you assign 50% weight to drought, 30% to frequency, 10% to sum, and 10% to consistency, the top-ranked combo is the one that scores best across those proportions — not just the one with the longest drought.

What happens if my weights do not add up to 100%?
The report will not calculate valid scores until the total weight equals exactly 100%. The Total Weight card shows your current sum so you can adjust.
Which weight combination works best?
